EXCHANGE POLICY:
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Some items are Made to Order and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly stated on the product page. Please note that international orders can avail size exchanges with an additional courier charge as per actual costs. If a product is made as a special order, such as size customization, length alterations, or other changes, the order is not eligible for size exchange. CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
What is the Exchange Policy on Dazzal?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold. Once the Dazzal pieces are sold, they can only be exchanged for a replacement in a larger or smaller size (provided the above terms and conditions are met). We do not offer pick-up service; clients are required to send the items back to the customer address.
If the desired size of the product is not in stock, we will issue a credit note to the customer.
If the product is eligible for a size exchange, you may contact our customer care number at +91-8750213366 or email us at dazzaltrendz@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Please ensure that you get an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, including the number of products being dispatched, along with the courier’s signature and mobile number. Dazzal will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
We only offer one size exchange per order; items once sold will not be taken back.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (as we do not have a reverse pick-up facility), as any returned items not received by Dazzal will be treated as not returned.

Purchases made during a SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
For exchanges, please inform us within 48 hours of product delivery.
Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the size needed.
Size exchange is available (customers can exchange for a larger or smaller size).
Store credit equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost will be provided, valid for 1 year from the receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping (reverse pickup and shipping charges) is to be borne by you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please WhatsApp us at +91-8750213366 or email us at dazzaltrendz@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
We would appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible if you no longer wish to proceed with an order so we can prevent dispatch and save on courier costs.
Cancellations for Cash on Delivery orders must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us at dazzatrendz@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8750213366 with your order number.
For prepaid orders, a credit note will be issued.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dazzal and accepts Dazzal’s decision regarding cancellations.
How will I receive credit for my money if the desired size of the exchange product is unavailable?
A credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use on the Dazzal website. Please ensure you use the credit in one transaction.
Can I exchange part of my order?
Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will do its best to assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you a credit note to purchase another item.
Why was my exchange not accepted?
We aim to ensure every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering products and maintaining high-quality standards.
Exchanges/returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We recommend customers read the product description and review all pictures before ordering. You can also contact us to get more details about the product if needed.
A 10-12% color difference may occur depending on screen resolution and lighting, so please do not expect an exchange or return for this.
Exchanges/returns are not accepted if the product has been washed or worn.
All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
No exchange or return is allowed for accessories.
