  Delivery Policy

  Free Delivery On All The Products In India

  As per the Shipping policy:

  We have partnered with a vast network of leading courier services across the country to ensure that your chosen outfit reaches you as quickly as possible!

  • All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.
  • Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • Free shipping on all products for deliveries within India.
  • Courier charges for international deliveries are Rs 2,500 per kg.
  • If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the full order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded.

  As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery must be within the serviceable area. If not, an online payment method must be used.
  • You are not allowed to open the product upon receipt without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the package is open, do not accept the order.
  • Credit/debit cards are accepted for Cash on Delivery, depending on the courier service provider, and may vary by location.
  • There might by a nominal COD fees added for the service 

   

  Exchange Policy

  As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold. Once the Dazzal pieces are sold, they can only be exchanged for a replacement in a larger or smaller size (provided the above terms and conditions are met). We do not offer pick-up service; clients are required to send the items back to the customer address.
